#3 Karisma Ortiz – Guard – 6-0 – San Jose, Calif.

  • Member of the exclusive 1,000-point, 500-rebound and 500-assist club for Archbishop Mitty High School, which ranked as the No. 1 team in the nation by USA Today at the end of her senior year.
  • Ranked as the No. 54 prospect nationally by ESPN.com and the No. 14 player at her position.
  • Led team to Western Catholic Athletic League and Central Coast Section Championships as a senior, averaging 15 points, 9 rebounds and 6 assists in her final season to earn second team All-State honors.
  • Archbishop Mitty went 29-1 in her senior season and 80-8 over her three varsity seasons.
  • Strong senior season also led to first team All-Region, All-City and All-Conference honors. Finished high school career as three-time All-Conference pick.
  • Selected to play in the 2018 All-NorCal Games and was a nominee for the McDonalds All-American game.
  • Third-ever Lady Lions from California. She joins Gizelle Studevent '13 and Candice Agee '16.
