HISTORY  

  • Penn State is facing the Colonials for the 43rd and 44th times beginning on Friday. Robert Morris currently leads the all-time series 24-10-8.
  • The last matchup between Robert Morris and the Nittany Lions took place on February 10, 2024, when the Nittany Lions fell to Robert Morris in overtime 4-3.
  • The Nittany Lions have gone 6-1-1 in their last eight matches against the Colonials.

  • ParkMobile prepayment availability ends at 11:59 p.m. the night before each event. Events will not be selectable on the site after that time, and payment must then be made on site upon arrival to event parking staff (cash only). 

OFF TO A STRONG START

  • The Nittany Lions are currently 11-3-0 through the first 14 games of the year.
  • This is the second-best start through 12 games in program history. 
  • In 2020-21, the Nittany Lions started the season with an 11-1-2 record while all those games came against conference opponents due to the COVID-19 pandemic. 

NEARING 100

  • Senior Brianna Brooks is only five points away from 100 career points.  
  • Brooks currently holds 95 points off 38 goals and 57 assists through 138 games played.
  • Meanwhile, graduate student Tiffany Hill sits eight games away from hitting 100 career games played. 

BUTZE BREAKING RECORDS

  • In last Saturday's game against Lindenwood, junior Kendall Butze recorded six points which ranked tied for second for most points in a single game. 
  • Her five assists in the game placed her tied for first in program history for most assists in a single game.  
  • On the year, Butze has two goals and 10 assists for 12 points which is only seven points away from a career-high in points.  
  • She sits tied for fifth in the nation in total points and assists among defensemen. 

JANECKE JAMMING

  • Junior forward Tessa Janecke captured her second AHA Forward of the Week honor after a six- point week which featured three goals and three assists.
  • The Orangeville, Ill. native has now tallied three, three-point games this season and has captured her second AHA weekly award of the year and seventh of her career. On the year, Janecke has potted eight goals with 12 assists for 20 points.
  • She sits tied for tenth in the nation in points while ranking seventh in assists this season. Janecke currently has 120 points in her career which sits just 17 behind the all-time point-getter in Penn State history in Natalie Heising with 137.
