Emphasis will be placed on contact points, pitch recognition, bat speed, power, baserunning and much more. During live-at-bats, our staff will provide insight into different plate approaches, the mental side of hitting, and discuss overall keys to success for situational hitting. Position specific defensive skill instruction will be incorporated throughout the camp as well as team defensive concepts during live situations.

During the morning session, pitchers will learn skills and preferred biomechanics to help improve spin, accuracy, and power. Catchers will have the opportunity to work on various receiving, blocking and transfer drills.
