Dolan Duals (9/1): Finished fourth overall in the first meet of the season, clocking an 18:07.8 in the 4K. Lehigh Paul Short Run (9/30): Recorded a season-best 25:38.3 in the 8K, helping the Nittany Lions to a fifth-place final standing.

Bison Outdoor Classic (4/14-16): Ran a 14:58.74 in his first outdoor 5K at Penn State.

2022 Cross Country
Season: In his first cross country season, set PRs in the 6K, five mile, 8K, and 10K distances, including a 35th-place finish at the Mid-Atlantic Regional Championships.
Dolan Duals (9/2): Ran a personal-best 18:01.2 over 6K to outright win the Dolan Duals. Joe Piane Invitational (9/30): Stopped the clock at 25:04.0 to set a PR over five miles. Big Ten Championships (10/28): Completed 8K in 25:29.8. Mid-Atlantic Regional Championships (11/11): Ran a 31:00.2 to finish 35th overall.

Set PRs in the mile and the 1000m in his first competition at Penn State.
Nittany Lion Challenge (1/15): Set PRs in the mile (4:15.52) and the 1000m (2:32.47). Penn State Tune Up (4/18): Finished third place in the 3000m, running a personal-best 8:19.20.
