The main priority of our sport camp programs is the health, safety and well-being of our participants, student-athletes, coaches, and staff. 

All potential applicants to our youth residential programs are encouraged to regularly check our updated information and expectations, which may be subject to change.

Wheelchair Basketball Camp
July 19-21
Grades 7-12 (Ages 13-19)

The Penn State Wheelchair Basketball Camp is open to students entering grades 7-12 next fall.

The Penn State Wheelchair Basketball Camp offers instruction, drills, modified games, and practice sessions in wheelchair basketball. Other sessions will focus on wheelchair basketball including, ballhandling, lay-ups, passing, chair skills, shooting, and game situations. Campers receive supervision, encouragement, and excellent instruction.

Fees:

$525 resident (includes instruction, housing, all meals, camp shirt)

$440 day camper (includes instruction, meals, camp shirt, no housing)

Meals: Dinner on the first day to lunch on the last day
Bring your own water bottle to refill during camp. Gatorade & water will be provided.

Where: The camp will be conducted at the White Building, which is located on Shortlidge Road. You will be contacted by e-mail concerning any changes or cancellation.

What to Bring to Camp
Participants should bring their own equipment, if possible. Some equipment may be available on a limited basis. Participants are also encouraged to bring their own water bottle. Water will be available.

Wheelchair Basketball – A limited number of wheelchairs are available. However, if you have your own, please bring it.
