ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: REFUNDS & RULES

  • Appropriate Behavior Required: Attendance while intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol or drugs will result in immediate removal from the experience. High heels are not allowed on the field 
  • Team Spirit: Wearing opposing team gear or displaying support for rival teams is strictly prohibited. Please come dressed in your best Penn State colors and spirit. 
  • Ticket: All participants must have a ticket for the game and the experience purchased. 
  • Right of Refusal: Penn State Athletics reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest whose behavior is disruptive, disrespectful, or violates these rules without a refund. 
  • Respect for Mascots and Staff: All guests must treat the Nittany Lion, our student-athletes, our Penn State Athletics staff, and other fans with respect. Harassment, unsafe behavior, or interference with mascots or team personnel is not allowed. 
  • Safety First: Follow all instructions from Penn State Athletics staff and event personnel to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
  • No Weather Refunds: Experiences will take place rain or shine unless otherwise determined by Penn State Athletics. No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be provided due to rain, inclement weather, or weather-related conditions.
  • Experiences Subject to Change: All experiences, locations, timing, and participant interactions are subject to change, modification, rescheduling, or cancellation at the discretion of Penn State Athletics due to operational needs, safety concerns, team requirements or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Health and Assumption of Risk: By participating in this experience, guests acknowledge that they are in good physical health and capable of safely participating. Guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with attendance and participation, including but not limited to slips, falls, collisions, weather-related conditions, and other inherent risks associated with being on the playing surface and in operational event areas.
  • Photography and Media Consent: By participating in this experience, guests acknowledge that photographs, video recordings, and other media may be captured by Penn State Athletics or its partners. Participation constitutes permission for Penn State Athletics to use a guest's likeness, image, voice, and appearance in promotional, marketing, and other university-related materials without compensation.
