The main priority of our sport camp programs is the health, safety and well-being of our participants, student-athletes, coaches, and staff. 

All potential applicants to our youth residential programs are encouraged to regularly check our updated information and expectations, which may be subject to change.

Nittany Lion Fall Performance Camp
November 16
Grades 2-12 (Level 1 - 10 and Xcel welcome)
 
The Penn State Nittany Lion Fall Performance Camp is open to gymnasts in grades 2-12.  Gymnasts training levels 1-10 and Xcel are welcome to attend. This is a day camp only.  Housing will not be available.

The Fall Performance Camp is designed to prepare you for the upcoming competitive season.  Emphasis is placed on skill development in all four Olympic events (vault, uneven bars, balance beam and floor exercise).  The trampoline will be used for air awareness and landing drills, as well as a dance rotation to practice required leaps, jumps, and turns.  Campers will have exclusive use of our updated state-of-the-art training facility, fully equipped with AAI equipment, foam and Resi-Pits, Tumble Trak, rod floor and much more.

Participants will have an opportunity to meet and greet the 2025 Penn State Gymnastics Team during registration.

Enrollment is limited, so early registration is encouraged.

Fee: $315 (includes instruction)

***DAY CAMP ONLY/NO HOUSING

Meal: Not provided.  Bring your own lunch, snack(s) and personal water bottle to refill during camp.
 
*** Penn State leotards and apparel remaining from the summer camp season will ONLY be sold during final check-in on a first come, first served basis.  All sizes and sales will be final.

Campers are limited to one backpack for their personal equipment.  Also, please bring a personal water bottle to refill during camp.

Training Facility

Nearly $2 million dollars in renovations to the White Building gymnastics gym have made the camp facility second-to-none. The gym features new AAI elite series equipment, in-ground loose foam pits, in-ground resi-pits, AAI 20 cm landing mats, three vaulting stations, four bar stations, four tumbling stations onto a variety of landing surfaces, an in-ground trampoline with overhead spotting and a loose foam pit landing area. In addition to a full complement of sting mats, four-inch throw mats and eight-inch skill cushions for every event, the new team room features a 51-inch screen television and leather furniture. There is also a dance room with wall-to-wall mirrors and a special dance floor.
