Holuba Hall is the primary indoor practice facility for the Penn State football team, as well as a seasonal competitive home for both the Nittany Lion men's and women's lacrosse programs. Featuring a 120-yard, full-utility turf field, the 118,000-square-foot facility boasts the requisite space necessary for hosting large-scale events while remaining an integral part of Penn State's practice and competitive infrastructure.
Opened during the 1986-87 academic year, Holuba Hall was named after the Holuba family in recognition of their philanthropic gifts to the Penn State Athletics and University communities. The facility has undergone numerous renovation and enhancement projects over the years and now features a state-of-the-art audio/video system, improved lighting and high-quality field turf geared toward ensuring the best competitive and training atmosphere for Nittany Lion student-athletes.
