UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. - A pair of Penn State men's basketball alums participated in the NBA Summer Leagues over the last few weeks.
D.J. Newbill played four games for the LA Clippers in the Orlando Summer League July 4-10, ending the slate of games by averaging 10.3 points and 3.5 rebounds per game. Tim Frazier started all six games for the Portland Trail Blazers during the Las Vegas Summer League, finishing second in the league in assists with 7.5 per game.
