A total of 28 Penn State football alumni are populating the active rosters of 20 National Football League teams. The Nittany Lions annually are among the top 20 programs nationally in producing players in the NFL. Each week throughout the year, GoPSUsports.com will provide updates on the exploits of these former Nittany Lion greats.

Top performances from Week Four­ include linebacker Nate Stupar, who made a team-high nine tackles and recovered a fumble that setup the game-winning scoring drive. Wide receiver Allen Robinson had a solid outing across the pond, catching a touchdown pass in a win over the Colts in London. The Cowboys-49ers game featured three Linebacker U alums. Sean Lee had a standout 10-tackle performance for Dallas, while San Francisco's Navorro Bowman made eight stops before going down with a season-ending injury and Gerald Hodges had two special teams tackles.

Adrian Amos (2011-14), FS, Chicago Bears

Amos made a total of seven tackles (six solo), helping the Bears defeat the Lions.

Navorro Bowman (2007-09), LB, San Francisco 49ers
Cowboys 24, 49ers 17
Bowman made a total of eight tackles (seven solo) before suffering from a season-ending Achilles injury in the third quarter.

Carter is on the Vikings' practice squad.

Jack Crawford (2008-11), DE, Dallas Cowboys

Crawford started against the 49ers and made one assisted tackle.

For the fourth consecutive week, Gilliam started at right tackle. He helped pave the way for Russell Wilson to throw for 309 yards and three touchdowns.
