JONESBOROUGH, Tenn. - Round 2 Results

The Penn State men's golf team posted a round two team total of 16-under 272 to take a nine-stroke lead over the field at the Bank of Tennessee Intercollegiate. The Nittany Lions are 27-under par at the Blackthorn Club at The Ridge and their 272 ranks as one of the three lowest single round team totals in the tournament's history.

The tournament's final round will tee off Sunday morning at 8:30 a.m. ET. Live scoring is available here.

Junior Charles Huntzinger (Duluth, Ga.) matched his career low with an 8-under 64 to vault into a tie for second place individually. Huntzinger, the tournament's individual champion a year ago, is 11-under for the tournament and is one-stroke off the lead in second place. His 8-under 64 ties the lowest single round in the Bank of Tennessee Intercollegiate's 20-year history.

After jumping out to an early lead on Friday, junior JD Hughes (Carlisle, Pa.) fired a 3-under 69, including an eagle on the par-5 fourth hole. Hughes is still in the top-five at 9-under for the tournament and is tied for fourth.

Senior Cole Miller (New Tripoli, Pa.) and junior Ryan Dornes (Lancaster, Pa.) are both at 3-under for the tournament and tied for 18th. In round two, Miller shot a 1-under 71 and Dornes shot a 3-under 69.

The Nittany Lions are looking to make it two Bank of Tennessee Intercollegiate titles in three years, winning the event in 2015.
