STANFORD, Calif. - The Penn State Nittany Lions and Stanford Cardinal meet for the second time in 2019, this time in the third round of the NCAA Tournament. Penn State is coming off a dramatic 4-3 comeback overtime win over Arizona on Friday night. The Nittany Lions opened the season against the Cardinal in Happy Valley. Stanford edged Penn State 2-1 in the season opener.
