The GCAA annually recognizes NCAA Division I collegiate players across six regions -- Northeast, East, Southeast, Midwest, Central and West. With two GCAA All-Region honors in 2022-23, a total of 91 Nittany Lions have been recognized as All-Northeast Region selections since 1992-93.

Sheehan collects All-Region honors for the second-straight year. He led the Nittany Lions this season with a 71.80 stroke average through 30 rounds. He tallied three top-10 finishes and five top-15 placements during the 2022-23 campaign.

Griffin earns the first All-Region nod of his collegiate career after finishing second on the team with a 71.90 stroke average through 27 rounds. The sophomore led the Nittany Lions with two top-five finishes and four top-10 placements.

The GCAA's Northeast Region, which covers the geographic area from Maine to Washington, D.C., comprises more than 50 NCAA Division I programs and has the largest number of schools of any region.
