Penn State will be represented by Patrick Sheehan, Jake Griffin, Jimmy Meyers, Morgan Lofland and Billy Pabst Jr. The Nittany Lions are coming off a strong showing at the Rutherford Intercollegiate two weeks ago as Penn State claimed its ninth-straight Rutherford Intercollegiate crown. Three Nittany Lions finished in the top 10, led by Sheehan who placed tied for second.

Scioto Country Club is the host of the Big Ten Men's Golf Championship for the first time since 1928. Designed as the first 18-hole golf course in central Ohio by renowned Scottish-born architect Donald Ross, it later became the Club where golf's greatest player, Jack Nicklaus, learned the game. Scioto enjoys rich tournament tradition as one of only five golf courses in the United States to have hosted five different major championships.
