UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. – Penn State men's and women's fencing ended the season at the 2025 NCAA Fencing Championships hosted by Penn State on Sunday.
The women had three competitors, two in the epee and one in the sabre. Allegra Cristofolletto notched 12/23 wins in epee to claim ninth place, just one spot shy of All-America laurles. Kateryna Chorniy also won 12/23 bouts and took 10th place. Eunyu Kim placed 14th in the sabre to round out Penn State’s women’s competitors.
The Nittany Lions crowned one All-American from the men's team when freshman Hassan Yasseen placed fifth in the men’s epee.
As of 1:30 pm, Penn State currently occupies seventh place. The team standings remain provisional pending the conclusion of the semi-finals and finals.
