Season: Set new PRs in four events in 2024…Won the mile at the Sykes & Sabock challenge.
Nittany Lion Challenge (1/13): Ran a 4:10.01 in the mile…Added a 2:30.86 benchmark time in the 1K. Simmons-Harvey Invitational (1/20): Finished fifth in the 3K with an 8:12.67. Sykes & Sabock Challenge (2/3): Won the mile with a 4:05.23 PR. David Hemery Valentine Invitational (2/9-10): Ran an 8:06.24 in the 3K to finish 54th in a field of 140+ runners. Penn State Tune-Up (2/16): Ran a 1:22.72 PR in the 600m to place second. Big Ten Indoor Championships (2/23-24): Suffered an injury during the Big Ten mile prelims that kept him out the rest of the 2024 campaign.
2023 Cross Country
Season: Ran in six meets for Penn State, finishing sixth on the team five times…Set PRs in 6K, 8K, and 10K distances.
Dolan Duals (9/1): Went 18:13.7, finishing in seventh place with a 6K PR. Lehigh Paul Short Run (9/30): Clocked a 25:08.5 PR in the 8K to help his team finish fifth overall. NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional Championships (11/10): Posted a 31:17.0, his 10K PR, to finish 66th at the regional championships.
2023 Outdoor
Season: Competed in four meets during his first outdoor campaign, setting PRs in the 1500 and 5K.
Bison Outdoor Classic (4/14-16): Ran a 14:38.33 in the 5K, finishing 36th overall with a PR. Virginia Challenge (4/20-22): Clocked a 3:51.39 over 1500 meters, coming in 11th overall with a PR. Penn Relays (4/27-29): Competed in the DMR, going 9:53.97.
2023 Indoor
Season: Made his collegiate track debut, setting benchmarks in the 3K and the mile.
Sykes & Sabock Invitational (2/4): Crossed the line in 4:10.30, finishing with a PR in the mile run. Music City Challenge (2/10-11): With a personal-best 8:29.45, he finished 32nd overall in the 3,000-meter run.
2022 Cross Country
Season: Made his collegiate debut and set PRs in 6K, 8K, 10K, and 5-mile distances.
Dolan Duals (9/2): Posted an 18:37.5, finishing 10th in the 6K race for his first collegiate competition. Joe Piane Invitational (9/30): Ran a 25:29.5 over five miles, finishing 47th. Big Ten Cross Country Championships (10/28): Finished 87th, running a 25:54.8 over 8K.
