Outdoor 2026
Season: Competed in the 200m, 400m, and relay events during the outdoor season, recording season-best times of 24.82 in the 200m and 56.86 in the 400m while contributing to a runner-up finish in the 4x400 relay at the Virginia Challenge.
UCF Knights Invite (3/27-28): Opened the outdoor season by running 25.02 in the 200m and competing on the 4x100 relay that finished in 47.04...Bison Outdoor Classic (4/11-13): Recorded a season-best 24.82 in the 200m, placing 12th...Virginia Challenge (4/17-18): Ran 25.30 in the 200m and helped the 4x400 relay to a second-place finish in 3:40.23...Larry Ellis Invitational (5/1-2): Closed the season with times of 24.94 in the 200m and a season-best 56.86 in the 400m...
Indoor 2026
Season: Recorded a personal best in the 60m, and also competed in the 200m, 400m, and 4x400 relay, earning a relay victory at the Nittany Lion Challenge and competing at the Big Ten Indoor Championships.
Bison Opener (12/5-6): Opened the indoor season by running a career best of 7.78 in prelimiaries in the 60m (7.84), finsihed sixth in finals with 7.84, and finished third in the 200m (25.51)...Nittany Lion Challenge (1/17): Competed in the 60m (7.82) and helped the 4x400 relay to a first-place finish in 3:43.55...Penn 10 Elite (1/24): Ran 7.86 in the 60m preliminaries and finished 15th in the 200m (25.07)...Penn State National Open (1/30-31): Competed in the 60m (7.81), 400m (57.18), and helped the 4x400 relay place fourth in 3:42.52...PSU Sykes & Sabock Challenge (2/7): Finished eighth in the 400m with a time of 57.24 and competed on the 4x400 relay...Penn State Tune-Up (2/20): Placed fourth in the 200m with a time of 25.12...Big Ten Indoor Championships (2/26-28): Ran on the 4x400 relay that placed 12th in 3:46.20.

Duke Invitational (4/10-12): Ran 56.80 in the 400m and competed on the 4x400 relay...Virginia Challenge (4/18-19): Helped the 4x400 relay earn a first-place finish in 3:36.10...Penn Relays (4/24-26): Competed on the 4x400 relay, which ran 3:38.65... Larry Ellis Invitational (5/2-3): Closed the outdoor season with personal-best times of 24.71 in the 200m and 56.07 in the 400m...
Indoor 2025
Season: Competed in the 200m, 300m, 400m, and 4x400 relay, recording personal-best times in the 200m, 300m 400m while helping the 4x400 relay to victories at the Penn 10 Elite and a sixth-place finish at the Big Ten Indoor Championships.
Nittany Lion Challenge (1/18): Opened the season by running a career-best of 40.05 in the 300m and helping the 4x400 relay place third in 3:40.35...Penn 10 Elite (1/25): Competed in the 200m (25.26) and helped the 4x400 relay to a first-place finish in 3:42.15...Penn State National Open (1/31-2/1): Ran 24.99 in the 200m, 57.51 in the 400m, and competed on the 4x400 relay that placed eighth...PSU Sykes & Sabock Challenge (2/8): Recorded personal-best times of 24.94 in the 200m and 56.54 in the 400m, placing sixth and third, respectively...Tiger Paw Invitational (2/14-15): Ran 57.36 in the 400m and competed on the 4x400 relay, which did not finish...Penn State Tune-Up (2/21): Won the 400m with a personal-best 56.30 and placed fifth in the 200m with a time of 25.08...Big Ten Indoor Championships (2/28-3/1): Helped the 4x400 relay place sixth with a time of 3:36.84.
