PERSONAL
Son of Mary and Kevin DeAngelo…Has one brother, Dominick…Studying kinesiology at Penn State…Enjoys reading and running in his free time…Chose Penn State because “I felt I had a real connection with Coach Rizzo, and that he cared about me more than just as an athlete. He was always supporting me throughout the year even before I committed. He also was the most transparent with the whole recruiting process and advocated for me going to the school that was the best choice for me. I still remember when he called me to tell me that I was about to be selected for Team USA. I could hear the excitement in his voice and he was telling me how excited he was for me and how this was a huge step in my career. I knew then that if I chose to go to Penn State, he would care about me on a deeper level than just an athlete. Penn State was also my favorite campus of all the schools I visited and had the best weather.”
