2023-24 • SENIOR SEASON
Awards: Earned the CHA Forward of the Week honor twice (12/11 & 2/12). Named to the Second-Team All-CHA team for the 2023-2024 season.
Season: Saw action in all 38 games this season... Tallied 14 goals and 18 assists for 32 points.
at Colgate (10/7): Recorded her first goal of the season, unassisted in the third period. at Mercyhurst (11/18): Assisted on two goals out of three scored by the Nittany Lions. Robert Morris (12/1): Opened scoring in the second period with a power play goal. Robert Morris (12/2): Scored two goals, both in the third period, in Penn State win. Lindenwood (1/26): Scored one goal in the first period, then assisted on two goals, both on the power play. Lindenwood (1/27): Scored twice, once late in the second period then again early in the final period.
PRIOR TO PENN STATE
Spent three years at the University of New Hampshire (2020-23) and served as a offensive presence for the Wildcats at the forward position....She was named Hockey East Player of the Week twice during her junior season...She scored a career-high 10 goals and 17 assists in her junior year as well....Brooks has tallied 53 points in 83 games played during her three seasons...Recorded her first career hat trick and an assist for a career-high four points vs. Boston College (Jan. 20, 2023)...Named to the Hockey East All-Academic Team in 2021.
BEFORE COLLEGE
Won U18 National gold with Team Ontario and the Canada Winter Games...Recorded 50 goals and 63 assists for 113 points in three years (108 games) with Durham West Jr. Lightning....In 2018-19, tallied 18 goals and 29 assists for 47 points in 35 games...Followed that with 22 goals and 22 assists for 44 points in 35 games, 2019-20.
