Became the first Penn State swimmer to garner first team All-America status since 2008 with a fifth place finish in the 200 freestyle with a time of 1:43.81 ... Attended John Rennie High School, but swam for the Pointe Claire Swim Club and head coach Ryan Mallette ... Earned the highest honor, Victor Davis Award, from PCSC in 2011 ... Named team MVP in 2012 and 2010 ... Competed in four events at the 2012 Canadian Olympic Trials, finishing eighth in the 200 freestyle, 12th in 400 freestyle, 13th in 100 freestyle and seventh in 50 freestyle ...
