CAREER SUMMARY

• Dann Kabala is in his eighth season with the Nittany Lions, overseeing all aspects of the NIL program and 5^th Quarter/Player Development department.
• Since his arrival in 2018 the Nittany Lions have finished ranked in the top 12 five of seven seasons, including as high as number four in 2024. 
• Penn State has had 34 draft picks in the last five years, including seven first-rounders.
• Prior to Penn State, Kabala was the Director of Player Personnel at the University of Pittsburgh.
• During his two stints Pitt, Kabala worked with and signed Aaron Donald (1^st round pick), Kenny Pickett (1^st round pick), James Conner (ACC’s all-time leader in rushing TDs), Tyler Boyd (Pitt’s all-time leading WR in yards and TDs), Darrelle Revis (NFL Hall of Famer), and LeSean McCoy (23^rd most rushing yards in NFL history).
• Upon the completion of his fourth year at the University of Arkansas, the Razorbacks finished #5 in the country.
• Began his career in football as a football operations/salary cap intern with the Jacksonville Jaguars.
