Jennifer Durica joined Penn State University as a student before advancing to a fellowship role and earning a full-time appointment as an Athletic Performance Coach in June 2024. She works directly with the Men’s Volleyball and Men’s and Women’s Golf programs.
A Penn State alumna, Durica earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in 2023. She began as an undergraduate intern within the athletic performance department, gaining experience across multiple Olympic sport programs before serving as a fellow during the 2023–24 academic year, where she worked with the rugby programs.
During her fellowship, Durica served as the interim athletic performance coach for Women’s Field Hockey and later assumed full-time responsibilities with the program during the 2024–25 season.
Throughout her career, she has contributed to the development of one Olympian and multiple student-athletes who advanced to compete professionally following their collegiate careers.
Durica holds the Strength and Conditioning Coach Certified (SCCC) credential through the Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association (CSCCa) and the Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). She is also certified in First Aid, CPR and AED.
