Season: Qualified for the NCAA East Prelims for the first time in his career behind a personal-best shot put effort at the Big Ten Championships.
 
Penn Relays (3/18): Set a season-best discus throw mark with a 142-9 (43.51m) effort…Finished fifth in the shot put with a 56-3.25 (17.15m) throw. Big Ten Outdoor Championships (5/12-14): Posted a PR in the shot put, a 58-11.5 (17.97m) effort, for 12^th in the conference…The mark qualified him for the NCAA East Prelims. NCAA East Prelims (5/25-27): Threw 58-4.5 (17.79m) in his first NCAA competition, good for 31^st place in the region.
 
2023 Indoor
Season: Earned four top-five finishes in the shot put…Finished 15^th in the event at the Big Ten Indoor Championships.
 
Penn State National Open (1/27-28): Came in fifth in the shot put with a 54-10.75 (16.73m) throw. Big Ten Indoor Championships (2/24-25): Posted a season-best 55-3 (16.84m) in the shot put to finish 15^th.
