Lehigh (12/8): Downed #15 Sheldon Seymour 4-1. Wyoming (12/15): Posted a 20-5 tech fall in the Jordan Center (4:25). Journeymen Collegiate (12/22): Went 3-0 in Nashville, including tech fall over #33 Carson Wagner of Binghamton (19-4; 5:37). Michigan State (1/10): Teched Nick Corday 19-2 (6:08) in Big Ten dual debut. Nebraska (1/17): Defeated #6 Caleb Smith 4-2 in dual meet victory in Lincoln. Iowa (1/31): Dominated #26 Joey Cruz, using seven takedowns to roll to a 22-6 tech fall (6:48). Michigan (2/7): Pinned Christian Tanefeu (5:38). Maryland (2/9): Posted 20-4 tech fall over Tyler Garvin (3:42). Illinois (2/16): Teched Caelen Riley 19-3 (4:19). American (2/21): Teched Coen Bainey 20-3 (5:11).
Big Ten Championships (3/8-9): Won Big Ten Championship as a true freshman, going 4-0 with two majors and a pin. Majored #16 Joey Cruz of Iowa 11-1 and #1 Matt Ramos of Purdue 12-4. Won title with 4-3 win over #7 Caleb Smith of Nebraska.
NCAA Championships (3/20-22): Became an All-American as a true freshman with a strong 6-1 run at first NCAA tournament. Finished third place with a pin and two tech falls. Teched #32 and #16 ranked foes before tough 2-2 (TB3) loss to #8 Sheldon Seymour of Lehigh in quarters. Rebounded with four straight wins over four top ranked wrestlers, including 4-1 (sv) win over #3 Eddie Ventresa and a pin over #2 Matt Ramos (6:18) in the third place match.

Missouri native Luke Lilledahl comes to Penn State from Weldon Spring, Mo., by way of Pennsylvania’s Wyoming Seminary Preparatory School...2024 U20 World Champion at 57 kg, winning title in Spain this September, also won U20 Pan Am title in 2024...Won World Silver Medal at U20s in 2023, winning Pan Am title as well...2022 U17 World Champion...Won state titles in high school as well as PowerAde Championships...Two-time team captain, lettered four years...Two-time Junior Hodge Trophy Award winner, two-time Ironman Champion, two-time Super 32 Champion...Son of Heather and Drew Lilledahl...Father wrestled collegiately at Southwest Missouri State and Missouri...Has two brothers, Dalton and Conner...Considering a kinesiology major at Penn State.
